Aegon was previously engaged by your insurer to provide services to you on behalf of the insurer to support the administration of your policy. On 27 February 2026, the services historically provided by Aegon were novated to Hallmark Life Insurance Company Ltd (Hallmark), a wholly owned subsidiary of the St Andrew's Insurance Group. Hallmark is an APRA regulated insurer, holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and has been servicing customers for over 50 years.
